Warranty and Returns

Limited Warranty:

Period: One year from invoice date.

Warranty: During the one-year period, Pryor Products promises to repair or, at our option, replace a Pryor product free of charge if it is defective in materials or workmanship under normal use.  The customer must first deliver the unit to our plant at their expense.  No product will be accepted for return without prior authorization from Pryor Products.  Please call 800-854-2280 for a Return Goods Authorization Number before returning the product.

Exclusions: This warranty shall not apply to damage resulting from failure to use the product properly, accident, abuse or alteration.  PRYOR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE SALE OR USE OF A PRYOR PRODUCT.

No Other Warranties: This limited warranty is the only warranty given by Pryor Products and is in lieu of any or all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  Pryor Products liability is limited to the repair or replacement described herein to the exclusion of other remedies and of incidental or consequential damages.  This warranty gives specific legal rights.  The customer may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Warranty Registration: It is the responsibility of the customer to establish the warranty period by verifying the original invoice date.

Return Goods: No merchandise will be accepted for return without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and agreement by Pryor to accept return. Contact our Customer Service Department for issuance of the RGA number. If authorized merchandise is returned in new condition, a 15% charge will be made to cover handling and re-stocking. Custom items, as well as parts and accessories are not returnable.
