How do I track my shipment?

To get an up-to-date status of your order before it ships, please contact Customer Service at 800-854-2280.

To get an update of your shipment that has left Pryor Products, please contact Customer Service at 800-854-2280.  We are currently in the process of implementing a more comprehensive system that will notify customers of their shipment information via email, that will also provide a link to real-time status updates as the order moves through the shipping system of choice.

Can we shorten the lead time?

Standard lead time is 4-6 weeks, depending on the product.  Our products are typically custom made to our customer’s specifications, per order. This highly customized process makes shortening of the manufacturing cycle difficult.  As many as 30 Pryor employees touch a product before it ships to our customers.  However, if you need the product shipment date moved forward, please contact Customer Service at 800-854-2280 to see if the lead time can be adjusted.

Where can I find the catalog number on the stand?

The catalog number is on a label on the bottom of the stand. You will have to turn the stand over to view the label with the catalog number and manufacturer ID.

How much does an IV Stand holds in terms of weight limits?

This varies by model of the IV stand.  It is best to address this issue with your IV pump provider to get the limits of the devices that they recommend when using a Pryor Products IV Stand.

Can Pryor Products customize an IV Stand for us?

Pryor Products can certainly customize your stand whether it’s adding accessories or creating a brand new stand from scratch. Please contact Customer Service and they will help with pricing or route you to the R&D department for evaluation of your design specifications and goals.

What is the transit time once my order ships?

Shipping transit time is approximately 5-7 business days, depending on where the destination is located in the United States and the freight class selected.  International shipments vary considerably and are done in consultation with the buyer before shipping.

Where can I find a distributor? Do you sell to other countries?

Several distributors carry Pryor Products.  If you would like advice on which distributor can best serve your needs please contact Pryor Products Customer Service at 800-854-2280.

Are you compliant ISO 13485 or 21CFR part 820 GMP?

Yes, we are fully compliant with both of these specifications.

Do you accept returns?

Yes we do accept returns in certain circumstances.  To discuss a potential return of your product please contact Customer Service at 800-854-2280.  If your request is approved you will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number that must be reflected on the outside of the shipping box in order to be received by Pryor Products.  No return will be accepted without an RMA number under any circumstances.  If you purchased your product from an OEM supplier please contact that supplier before contacting Pryor Products.
